LEGO® Serious Play® for Leaders
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an internationally renowned facilitation process used by organisations to generate innovative ideas from their staff. The methodology is based on extensive research and enables teams to address complex issues in an engaging way.
Training Support Team provides this half day programme to help leaders understand the methodology and experience both as a participant and how to facilitate. During the session, participants will learn how to run short sessions that can be used in the following situations:

This half day workshop is ideal for leaders, supervisors and trainers looking for some new skills to help them facilitate their teams and groups. The methodology is used throughout the world and this session will be useful for people to learn the basics of LEGO Serious Play and how to use it at work with teams and individuals.
